Classes
  • Spread Spectrum Systems (EE 538 Spring 2004)
  • Digital Communication Theory (EE 564 Fall 2004)
  • Special Topics -- Multiuser Detection (EE 599)

  • Schedule
  • Teaching MW 5:00-6:20pm (OHE 100, Studio C)
  • Office Hours Tu 3:00-4:30pm, Tu 2:00-3:30pm and by appt. (ubli@usc.edu)

  • Research Interests The bulk of my research has been on the development and analysis of algorithms for multi-user spread spectrum systems. We have focused on adaptive algorithms (non-blind, semi-blind and blind), methods for multimedia/multirate traffic, reduced rank algorithms and wireless resource allocation. Current projects leverage this experience for the design of modulations and algorithms for transmit diversity systems, ultrawideband communciations and sensor networks.
